Outlook Magazine, India's leading weekly newsmagazine , carried out a survey to rank India's best hospitals ( 1 July 2002 cover) . This survey ranked the country's best health centres in the areas of cardiology, gastroenterology, infertility, oncology, ophthalmology and mental health. The Outlook-Cfore survey of India’s Best Hospitals was an effort to help the consumer find the best medical care . The findings were the result of a rigorous five-month-long exercise undertaken by a dozen researchers after quizzing 679 doctors around the country on parameters that a quality hospital must meet to qualify  These were; Competence of Doctors; Infrastructure and Facilities; Cleanliness; Value for Money; and Attention to Patients.

Malpani Infertility Clinic was rated to be one of the top five IVF clinics in India; and was ranked first in the areas of  Value for Money and Attention to Patients.
